Milrose Consulting is constantly looking for more-efficient ways to utilize its existing infrastructure and as an organization it had expanded in recent years and had increased its through put of permit processing and other related database activity accordingly.
Situation
Because of the number of records sets; end users had to wait 30 seconds in some cases to retrieve their requested results. It was identified that Milrose needed a solution that would offer:

Solution
FAIês development team initially implemented an error tracking process system to log and monitor behavior aspects of the application.
Over time FAI was able to identify not only the bottlenecks with the applications through put, but make recommendation on the table structure.
