Project Server Check-it
Many companies have developed
check lists which incorporate their business logic and
required actions for completing tasks. In most cases these
checklists are ill-suited to project server because they
are simply too detailed. Check-it allows organizations
to build checklists and to associate these checklists
with tasks in Project Server project plans. Thus you can
embed multi-step business logic outside of Project Server.
Check-it is fully integrated with Project Server. When
the team member checks the first block – the task
is marked as started within Project Server. When the last
checklist item is checked, the task is marked complete
within Project Server. The team-member never needs to
interact directly with Project Server which simplifies
training and deployment. Team members can also record
their time against each task so that the organization
and gain insight into their task performance metrics.
Managers can check progress of tasks in Check-it as well
as delegate tasks to people on their teams. In addition,
Check-it has an audit function that records which team
member checked which item – this way accountability
is enhanced within the organization.
Check-it can be deployed as a stand alone application
or as a web part within Sharepoint.

Recruit Tracker
FAI built Recruit Tracker to
be used by executive recruiters, retained search firms
and hiring managers across the virtual office. The tool
provides a collaborative workspace that allows distributed
teams to submit and approve requisitions, evaluate candidates
and manage the hiring process.

A customized “Main Job
Order” form that has embedded workflow that allows
users to do such tasks as:
- When a Job Order is created, have
the ability to notify multiple people.
- Define critical attributes such
as candidate information, position requirements, position
types, pay rates, etc.
- Automatic alerts when job status
changes
- Interviewee availability, pre-screening
results and more.
